Your Visa card is the key to your account where your funds are stored. By taking the following precautions when using it, you can minimize the risk of unauthorized withdrawals from your account:

  • To prevent someone else from using your card, keep your PIN code separately from the card, do not write your PIN code on the card, do not disclose your PIN code to anyone else. When entering your PIN code on an electronic terminal or ATM, do so in such a way that the numbers you enter are not visible to others.

  • Check your card account transactions periodically - this can be done using bank statements. If you detect suspicious or unknown transactions, immediately report them to the bank.

  • If you lose your card (lost, stolen, confiscated) or if your PIN code or card details become available to third parties, immediately block the card via the Mobile Application and by calling the hotline.

  • To avoid fraud with your card, demand that transactions with it be carried out only in your presence, do not allow it to be taken out of your sight.

  • When withdrawing cash from an ATM, make sure that the ATM is installed in a well-lit area or a special bank room; if possible, do not conduct transactions at ATMs that are installed in deserted places.
